Thu, Mar 26 - 8th and final day of our record-breaking streak

This morning is about as much of a summer morning as you could ask for. It is absolutely beautiful, warm, only a couple of clouds in the sky, and as pleasant as can be.

We are now on the tail end of the high pressure system - enough to still enjoy the pleasant, warm mornings but to start cooling down in the afternoons, which is a pleasant change after 8 straight record-breaking days in a row.

High 56°F 71°F (2022) 86.1°F 89.2°F 86°F
Low 31°F 12°F (2023) 53.0°F 48.7°F 45°F

We have a mass of cool air pushing toward our area right now, bringing our high temperatures down by about 10°. This brings an end to the record-breaking streak we have had this week. This will hang around the 70's for the weekend.

The bigger change is expected on Tuesday. A large band of cool, humid air will bring rain into our area with high temperatures in the 60's and even in the 50's by Wednesday.
